Apart from our professional staff training, we are also emphasis on investing on modern equipment and facilities. Our processing equipment includes 15 twin-screw and 15 single-screw extruders, all with strand palletizes and gravimetric feeders. We are capable of handling every form of raw material and finished product, such as pellets, powders, fillers and fibers. Our production line output ranges from 10 pounds per hour up to 2,000 pounds per hour, so no job is too small or too large for us to handle.
All our compounding lines utilize the finest melt filtration devices and material handling equipment to guarantee product cleanliness. Each extruder screw design is optimized for the polymer and compounding task. All material contact surfaces are polished stainless steel.
Good ventilation systems to ensure the compounding lines are process in dust free environment.
Besides, our factories also own more than ten vehicles to collect and delivery the raw materials and finished products to our clients on schedule.
